Ski instructors – for beginners or for those looking to become expert skiers
There are many ski schools in the Fassa Valley to help beginners approach this wonderful sport. Not only that, but ski instructors can also help in improving the technique of those who already know how to ski. Ski schools have instructors for the various skiing disciplines: alpine skiing, snow boarding, cross country, competition skiing, telemark, carving, etc. Every ski school also dedicates special attention to younger skiers, organising special courses for children and play areas where you can leave your kids with qualified staff.
Ski instructor
The ski instructor is a person who professionally teaches individuals and groups - although not always exclusively or on a continual basis - skiing techniques in their specialist disciplines (Nordic skiing, downhill, alpine skiing, acrobatic skiing, snow boarding, telemark and similar) on pistes, ski routes, off-piste routes, and ski excursion routes that are not difficult but do require the use of mountaineering techniques and equipment. Part of the ski instructor’s job is to bring the skier closer to the mountain environment, respecting its natural and moral values.
